3. Prices and VAT

All displayed prices are excluding VAT. VAT is calculated and added automatically at checkout according to current legislation.

4. Billing

• The invoice is automatically generated for each payment
• Invoices are available in the administration panel
• A copy is sent by email
• We keep invoices for 10 years according to legislation

5. Service Delivery

Our services are digital and are activated instantly:

• Account activation: Immediately after payment confirmation
• Agent training: 1-2 hours (maximum 24 hours in exceptional cases)
• Implementation: 2-3 minutes (copying the code to your site)

6. Subscription Renewal

Monthly Subscription

Automatically renews monthly. You can disable auto-renewal anytime from the platform.

Multi-Month Subscriptions

Payment is made once for the entire period. Upon expiration, you can choose a new plan.

7. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure connections (SSL/TLS). We do not store complete card data - it is managed exclusively by Europayment according to PCI-DSS standards.

8. Payment Issues
