1. General Information

These terms and conditions govern the use of the services offered by **SC Verobots SRL** ("Verobots", "we", "our") through the verobots.ro platform.

Verobots is the world's first company 100% automated with AI. We have no physical office, traditional employees, or classic working hours. All operations are managed by artificial intelligence systems, supervised by human personnel.

2. Service Description

Verobots offers rental services of AI virtual agents (chatbots) for customer communication. Services include:

• Access to the administration platform
• Automatic training of the agent based on the client's website
• Customization of the agent's appearance and behavior
• Technical support provided by our virtual agent

3. Registration and Account

To use our services:

• You must create a free account on our platform
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Registration is free and allows platform exploration before purchase.

4. Prices and Payments

Current prices for the general agent are (excluding VAT):

• Monthly subscription: 200€/month
• 3-month subscription: 180€/month (one-time payment 540€)
• 6-month subscription: 160€/month (one-time payment 960€)
• 12-month subscription: 140€/month (one-time payment 1.680€)

Payments are processed through Europayment. VAT is added to all prices according to current legislation.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Monthly Subscription

You can cancel anytime. The subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it ends automatically.

5.2 Multi-Month Subscriptions (3, 6, 12 months)

• If you change your mind in the first month, we offer a refund for the remaining months
• No refund is offered for the current month
• After the first month, no refund is granted

5.3 Technical Failures

If the service does not work due to our fault, we offer a full refund.

6. Guarantees and Liability

The quality of the agent's responses depends on:

• Data entered by the client into the platform
• Information available on the client's website

The client has full access to edit and improve the agent's data. We offer tutorials and documentation for performance optimization.

We are not liable for unsatisfactory responses caused by incomplete or incorrect data provided by the client.

7. Acceptable Use

The client agrees not to use the services for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities
• Distribution of offensive or harmful content
• Spam or harassment
• Infringement of third-party rights

8. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete the agent, without prior notice, in cases of:

• Excessive traffic affecting the infrastructure
• Abusive use of services
• Violation of these terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activities

9. Security

All agents come with integrated security systems to prevent:

• Providing sensitive information
• Incorrect or harmful responses
• Manipulation through prompt injection

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
